Welcome to the official website of The Alpaca Farm, located in Mitzpe Ramon, Israel (hereinafter: “the Farm” or “we”).
These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User”) and The Alpaca Farm. By accessing or using this website (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, without limitation or qualification.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
1. General
1.1 The website Alpaca.co.il is the official website of The Alpaca Farm in Mitzpe Ramon.
1.2 Any person using this Website (the “User”) declares that they have read this document in full and that they agree unequivocally to all its terms and conditions. The User waives any claim and/or demand and/or suit, directly or indirectly, against the Website and/or its owners, operators, managers, or representatives.
1.3 For convenience only, this document may use masculine pronouns, but it refers equally to all genders.
1.4 The User acknowledges that all content on this Website is the exclusive property of the Farm. The Farm holds all copyrights therein. The User agrees to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or use any part of the content without prior written consent from the Farm.
1.5 The User agrees not to distort, alter, or perform any action that could harm the integrity, accuracy, or reputation of the content, the Farm, or any third party.
2. Risks and Liability
2.1 The User acknowledges that the use of the internet involves inherent technological and human-related risks.
2.2 The User is solely and fully responsible for any use of the information and content provided on this Website.
2.3 All content is provided for personal use only. The User assumes full responsibility for the use of, or reliance on, such content. Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from reality.
2.4 The content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Farm shall not be liable for the suitability of the content for the User’s needs or purpose. The User bears full responsibility for their use of the content.
2.5 The Farm makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. However, the Farm does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The information is partial, general, and subject to change.
2.6 The Farm shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, inconvenience, loss, or expense arising from use of the Website, including damage to the User’s computer or data.
2.7 The Farm shall not be held responsible for any unlawful use of the Website by the User or any third party.
2.8 The Farm shall not be responsible for any modifications to the content made by the User or by third parties.
3. Booking Accommodation
3.1 Use of this Website is permitted solely for booking and purchasing services and/or obtaining information. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Reservations may be made via the Farm’s booking office at +972-52-8977010, through third-party services such as “Booking.com”, or directly through this Website.
3.3 When booking through this Website, Users are required to enter personal information including full name, ID or passport number, credit card details, and guest information.
3.5 The User is solely responsible for any errors entered during booking (e.g., incorrect dates, number of beds). The Farm shall not be held responsible for errors or technical malfunctions preventing booking completion.
3.5.3 Submitting false booking information constitutes a criminal offense. The Farm reserves the right to take legal action against offenders.
3.5.4 By providing booking information, the User agrees to be added to the Farm’s database for purposes including service optimization, direct communication, and personalization. Use of data is subject to the Farm’s Privacy Policy.
4. Reservation Process
4.1 Users shall enter booking details via the Website.
4.2 Credit card details must be provided for security purposes only.
4.3 Full payment shall be made upon arrival or check-out, at the Farm’s discretion. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
5. Terms & Conditions
5.1 Prices are in NIS (Israeli Shekels). VAT will be added as required by law.
5.2 Prices quoted in USD shall be calculated at the Bank of Israel exchange rate on the day of payment. Israeli citizens booking via international platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb) will be charged VAT on arrival. Only non-Israeli passport holders with a valid tourist visa are VAT-exempt.
5.3 The Farm may change booking terms and prices at any time.
5.4 The Farm may amend this document at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Website.
5.5 The Farm reserves the right to modify the Website, its structure, content, services, appearance, or availability at any time without prior notice. The User shall have no claim regarding such changes.
5.6 Booking of accommodation is subject to availability.
5.7 Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
5.8 Check-in/check-out:
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early or late arrivals/departures require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
5.8.4 This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Be’er Sheva, Israel.
5.8.5 The User acknowledges that the Website may experience technical issues.
6. Reservation Changes / Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival: no fee.
6.2 Cancellation or change 15–28 days prior: 25% of total booking will be charged.
6.3 Cancellation or change 8–14 days prior: 50% of total booking will be charged.
6.4 Cancellation less than 8 days prior or no-show: 100% of booking cost will be charged.
Date changes within these periods are considered cancellations.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Pets are not allowed.
7.2 Room equipment may not be removed.
7.3 Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
7.4 Barbecues or open-fire grilling are not permitted on the Farm. Cooking is allowed only indoors or using designated fire pits for pot-style cooking (e.g., Dutch oven).
7.5 The User assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the Farm’s property, whether intentional or negligent. The Farm may charge the User’s credit card for damage without further authorization.
7.6 The Farm is open to all ages. On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and during school holidays, the Farm welcomes day visitors from 9:00–18:00. Overnight guests may enjoy these activities and facilities.
7.7 Outside of public visiting hours, services may be available upon request and subject to the Farm’s discretion.
